  • SaiITTech reserves the right to cancel results if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Certification

  • Certificates are issued only after successful exam completion.

  • Students can download the digital certificate instantly.

  • Physical certificates are optional and provided upon request.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Students are required to pay only certificate charges.

  • SaiITTech follows a no hidden charges policy.

  • All payments must be made through authorized payment methods.

7. Refund & Cancellation

  • SaiITTech follows a strict no-refund policy once login credentials are issued.

  • Refunds are applicable only in case of technical/payment errors.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, logos, and certificates are the intellectual property of SaiITTech.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • SaiITTech is not responsible for:

    • Internet connectivity issues

    • Device compatibility problems

    • User-side technical failures

10. Account Suspension
