At SaiITTech, we maintain a transparent and fair policy for all our certification services.

1. Service Nature

SaiITTech provides digital certification services through an online examination system. As this is a service-based product, traditional returns are not applicable.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a student has successfully enrolled and received login credentials (Student ID & Password), the enrollment cannot be cancelled.

  • If a payment is made but login credentials are not issued, cancellation requests may be considered.


3. Refund Policy

  • No Refund Policy:
    Once the exam access (Student ID & Password) has been generated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Eligible Refund Cases:
    Refunds may only be processed if:

    • Payment was deducted but service was not activated

    • Duplicate payment was made due to technical error


4. Certificate Charges

  • SaiITTech follows a transparent pricing policy.

  • Students are required to pay only the certificate charges.

  • There are no hidden fees or additional charges.


5. Certificate Delivery

  • Digital certificates can be downloaded instantly after completion.

  • Physical certificates (if ordered) will be processed and delivered separately.

  • Once dispatched, physical certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.


6. Technical Issues

  • In case of technical issues during exam or access:

    • Students must contact support immediately

    • Our team will assist in resolving the issue or reattempt (if applicable)
