SaiITTech provides digital certification services through an online examination system. As this is a service-based product, traditional returns are not applicable.
Once a student has successfully enrolled and received login credentials (Student ID & Password), the enrollment cannot be cancelled.
If a payment is made but login credentials are not issued, cancellation requests may be considered.
No Refund Policy:
Once the exam access (Student ID & Password) has been generated, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Eligible Refund Cases:
Refunds may only be processed if:
Payment was deducted but service was not activated
Duplicate payment was made due to technical error
SaiITTech follows a transparent pricing policy.
Students are required to pay only the certificate charges.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges.
Digital certificates can be downloaded instantly after completion.
Physical certificates (if ordered) will be processed and delivered separately.
Once dispatched, physical certificates are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In case of technical issues during exam or access:
